High School Academics

    North Georgia Christian School is committed to providing a quality educational program that prepares our students for the rigors of college and life while providing each student with a Christian environment in which to develop and strengthen their Christian worldview. NGC students will be challenged in an academic setting that maximizes each student's intellectual capacity while instilling into each student the necessary work ethic for success. NGC will assist each student in the development of their Christian worldview while providing a venue for students to move from a faith rooted in the family to a faith that becomes their own.

     The high school offers classes in a traditional seven period day.  Each class meets for 55 minutes every day. A college preparatory diploma or college preparatory with distinction diploma can be earned by completing the required Carnegie units.

      In addition to our core classes, students have options like praise band, drama, chorus, art, physical education, and a variety of other elective choices. Our high school also offers Honors and AP courses to students that qualify.
